Hans Gordillo is an associate attorney at Becker & Associates, P.A. He is a Florida licensed attorney who has been practicing immigration law for several years. Hans has a strong foundation in this vast and very complex area of immigration law. Hans’ passion lies in guiding individuals and businesses to navigate the intricacies of the immigration process. As an immigrant himself, Hans understands the importance of immigration law – allowing individuals to lawfully reside and work in the United States, injecting their unique, diverse backgrounds into the most vibrant and multicultural societies in the world. Hans, who is fully fluent in Spanish and English, represents clients in the areas of complex business and family immigration law, removal proceedings, consular processing, naturalization, and civil matters. Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Hans graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) with a bachelor’s degree in Law and earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. He also earned a certificate from St. Thomas University in Tax Law. Hans is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
